Hello everybody, I am so excited announce the launch this new opportunity I have, InsuraRisk University. I know get to help individuals live their best life. What I do here at InsuraRisk University is help insurance agents become top performers. What I’ve seen these last several years studying top performance is that many agents are completely overwhelmed with running an agency.


The majority of agents have come into this industry because they were promised this beautiful idea of running a business and being their own boss. Yet very few agents that start have true business owner experience. This leads to the alarming rate of 80% of new agents closing their doors within their first five years. That is what I hope to help new agents overcome. If you’re an established agent and you beat that 80% and your past that five-year mark majority of agents find themselves in a stage of business called success or adolescence and they haven’t progressed to true business ownership. They don’t have key aspects that generate top performance on a regular basis.


These four concepts that I have been able to see as I have studied the industry and top performers across the nation is that there are four key aspects of top performance that you can implement and begin living your best life as a top performer. Now, being a top performer doesn’t mean you have to be the best agent in the company, it simply means you have the ability and the capability to live your best life, and this looks different for different individuals. The biggest driving factor that motivates you is your internal values. Not these external rewards or different areas that a majority of companies look at when they look at their top performers but ultimately what drives you.


These four concepts are that agents don’t have the correct mindset when they come into this industry to produce at a high level to hit their numbers and goals they want to accomplish. Next, is they do not have systems in place to have repeatable processes to get the same results every single time. Third, they don’t have enough power in the insurance industry and that lack of confidence holds them back from being able to help clients the best way possible. The fourth is a lack of focus and time management. This derives from that lack of business ownership experience these agents do not have coming into this industry.


My job is to help you with all that! At Insurarisk University we walk you through seven levels that you can implement into your agents to help you become a top performer. We go over the correct mindset, which is optimism. Having the best view of the world and your actions with have the best possible outcomes for your future. It’s all about the best! The next is making sure you have system stems in place. We help you establish those systems, and we give them to you as well as help you implement them into your agency. Everything from sales to life insurance, to employee systems, referral systems, objection handling systems, we give you those systems to implement. The next is power, we give you that knowledge that you need to have that confidence in the insurance industry. As well as truly apply it, that is where it becomes power is the application of that knowledge. The last is that focus. We help you move past a self-employed agency to become a true business owner. We help you understand those steps you need to take to truly establish a business. From strategic planning to culture development, hiring and managing employees and making sure you don’t feel overwhelmed with all those tasks you need to accomplish as an agent, we help you create that alignment within your agency where you truly become an inspired leader where you lead a team that runs a business.
